Is it really open 24/7? ​

Yes! The Stony Club is a 24/7 self-service facility. If you want to hit golf balls at 2AM, you can. 

​

How does the unlimited membership work?

Platinum and Gold memberships have the opportunity to book up to 4 hours at a time. As you use an hour you earn/gain another hour to use at  a future booking. This allows members to get extra time in the club while also maintaining the ability of other members to reserve times.

​

How do I get into the facility? 

After purchasing a membership, you will receive simple instructions on how to enter the building.

 

I booked my tee time, now what? 

Once you book a tee time, you will get a door code for access into the building. This code will give you access 15 minutes prior to your tee time. 

​

Will the membership be capped? 

Yes, we limit the number of memberships to ensure availability and a great experience for members. 

​

How do I use the technology? 

After purchasing a membership, you will receive instructional content on how to operate all of the technology. 

​

Do you offer lessons? 

Yes! We do. PGA lessons are offered by Brandon Hansen. To inquire about a lesson, please email bhansen@pga.com

What should I do at the end of my session? 

Leave the bay in better condition than you found it. Turn off the spotlight, but leave everything else on. Never turn off the computer. 

​

Can I use my own golfballs? 

No, you cannot. We supply golf balls to use. We have a strict one-ball per-bay policy to maintain professionalism and cleanliness. 

​

Can I use my own tees? 

No, tees are provided at varying lengths at the facility. Please do not use your own tees. 

​

Can I wear my own golf shoes? 

Yes, golf shoes, casual shoes, or any clean footwear are acceptable. Please make sure your shoes are clean before entering. 

​

Can I bring a guest? 

Yes, you can bring up to three guests. 

​

What happens if something isn't working? 

Each bay has troubleshooting index cards with guidance on common issues. if you notice something is not working properly, please report it. 

​

Do you offer refunds or membership pauses? 

Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice. All memberships auto-renew, similar to a streaming or internet service subscription. No refunds are provided for unused time, and memberships cannot be paused. 

​

Is food and drink allowed? 

Food and drink are not allowed in the hitting bays. You may bring a beverage with a lid, but please keep it outside of the turf area and away from computers and screens. 

​

Is there a dress code? 

No, players may wear whatever they would like, as long as they are wearing something. :) 

​

What is the expectation if I use the facility? 

Treat the facility, equipment, and other members with respect. Use the facility as its intended and clean up your area after practice sessions. Failure to do so may result in loss of membership. 

​
